1 Return Eligibility

We only accept exchange requests received before shipment; please contact our customer service for assistance.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

 Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

 Original tags and packaging intact

 No signs of wear, damage, or modification (including embroidery or tribal pattern alterations)

2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

 Personalized or custom-made products

 Sale or discounted items

 Items with removed tags or signs of use

 Personal intimate sports gear (e.g., mouthguards, etc.)

3 Return Process

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to initiate a return request—do not send items back without prior authorization (unauthorized returns will incur a 25% administrative fee).

2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

3. Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product).

4. We will inspect the item upon receipt. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days after approval, after deducting any incurred customs duties.

4 Defective & Damaged Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days (for shipping damage) or 30 days (for manufacturing defects) with clear photos of the item and packaging. For eligible defective/damaged items, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs, and process a replacement or full refund promptly.

5 Refund Notes

Refunds do not include original shipping costs (unless the issue is our fault). Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund—processing times vary by institution.
